- This is an excellent post. I couldn't agree more, and fractional ownership/rental is also a great idea. For the foreseeable future, tacking on tens of thousands in debt for motorhomes and the like will be a luxury only the super-rich can afford.
Why Elkhart?

- I moved to Elkhart in 2002, and left last year, before the sh*t really hit the fan. It's a nice little town, and I have many fond memories of the area.
